No Limits compete in perth

The Esperance No Limits Netball Program is a participation-based program for individuals aged over 12 years old living with an intellectual or physical disability. Esperance is currently the only town in the Great Southern and Goldfields region to offer the “No Limits Netball” program to its community. We are run entirely by volunteers and rely on the generosity from our sponsors and the community to keep this unique program successful.

Esperance No Limits have just returned from the “Fuel to Go – Netball WA Association Championships” in Perth to play against other No Limits teams on the May/June long weekend. It is very exciting as last year we were only able to send two players up for the Carnival, however, this year we were almost able to send up a whole team to represent Esperance at the Carnival.

Our Esperance players; Georgia Walter, Darcy Simson, Tisha MacDonald, Justine Ramsell and Makaila Bald, had an amazing experience and played extremely well making it all the way to the Grand Final! It was a massive competition day for our players, with a total of 5 Games and then the Grand Final all in one day!

We would like to make some special mentions and a massive thank you to all the parents, guardians and sponsors of the No Limits players and also to the borrowed No Limits players in Perth to ensure we had enough players to compete each game.

Firstly, to our Coach Amy Walter, Team Managers Emma and Gary MacDonald, Uniform Coordinator & Team Umpire Calais Tink, our players Captain Darcy Simson and our Best on Ground award Winner Justine Ramsell, and to all the Esperance players and community members whom came to watch our games throughout the competition day!

Whilst we had amazing trip up to Perth, our No Limits Netball Program is still running every Thursday afternoon 4-5pm and welcoming new players to come and join us throughout the Season!

Thankyou to our 2025 No Limit Sponsors.
